Local Growth Partner is the local visibility practice of Golden Partners. This page explains, in plain words, what happens with your information on this website.

What we collect

Only what you type into the free scan form: your business name, city, your name, phone number and email address. When you submit the form, that information goes to us through Brevo, the email service we use to send you your scan and our follow-up emails. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link that works.

What we do with it

  • We use it to run your free visibility scan and to reply to you.
  • We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside our team.
  • If you become a client, we keep it for as long as we work together, plus the time the law requires.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook) that sets cookies and tells us how people found the site and which pages they visit, so we can measure and improve our advertising. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site (heatmaps and session replays of clicks, scrolls, and pages); Clarity sets cookies and Microsoft's handling is described in Microsoft's privacy statement. We also use Brevo's tracker, which sets first-party cookies so that when you submit the scan form, your details and pages visited are connected to your contact record in our system. Meta's handling of that data is described in Meta's privacy policy, and you can adjust how Meta uses your ad data at facebook.com/adpreferences. The free scan page embeds our intro video from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, which means YouTube (Google) sets cookies only if you play the video. Our fonts are served from this website, not from a third party. If we add more tools, we will update this page first.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete any information we hold about you. Email ben@benjix.com and we will do it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; everyone who writes to us gets the same treatment.
